Campaigns to share that Asian Americans are Americans.

Unfortunately, Asian Americans feel like we have to prove we belong here and we are American. I look forward to the day when we are seen as Americans.

The “Storytelling is Healing” Project

The Storytelling is Healing Project is an open-source collection of stories by Asian and Pacific Islander American storytellers to uplift AANHPI voices and showcase the diversity of AANHPI experiences.

Our Stories are your Stories #OSAYS – Wing Luke Museum

The increase in anti-Asian racism and xenophobia has opened deep wounds in the AANHPI community and served as a painful reminder of the persistence of discrimination. In honor of AANHPI Heritage Month, we launched this campaign to support the AANHPI community to remind them they are not alone and that they are seen; and illuminate the AANHPI experience to dispel misconceptions and celebrate the representation from such a wide range of cultures. See the video gallery.

HerAAPIStory video montage AAPI Heritage Month – NAAAP National

Use your voice, be heard and seen #HerAAPIStory. The goal was to give AAPI women the opportunity to own their narrative instead of the narrative being written for them. This video celebrates those who stepped forward. Our sincere hope is that this inspires others to continue to be visible, be vocal, and continue to share their truth.
