Asian teen male shot in the head. Officers say when they responded to the scene on Cedar and Sierra they found 17-year-old Zachary Xayavong inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.

The suspect is also accused of lunging forward and hammer fisting the 5 year old daughters head. Luckily she was wearing a helmet. he told police that he suffered post-traumatic headaches and a mild concussion from the attack.

The attacker pushes the man to the ground, and pistol-whips him. The victim’s son-in-law was in the window with his baby.

The Los Angeles Sherriff’s Department Walnut station says a man and woman were unloading groceries in Rowland Heights (the address they provided confirms it’s a 99 Ranch) when two suspects between 25 and 30-years-old approached and demanded the man’s Rolex.⠀Before the victim could respond he was pistol-whipped and knocked to the ground. The second suspect them pistol-whipped the female victim.

Tuesday when a man walking past her snarled, “Get out of this country” and kicked her in the hip, police said.
The suspect, shown in surveillance images released late Wednesday, fled after the attack.

“You Asians are the reason I cannot get a job. You Chinese are scum,” according to police. Then he slammed his own head into the victim’s before taking off, cops said. The victim suffered a chipped tooth, but refused medical attention on scene, police said.
The incident came hours after a man told an Asian woman to “get out of this country” and kicked her in an unprovoked attack in Chelsea, cops said.

“I hate Koreans!” the attacker yelled as he punched the woman in the head. A 76-year-old was punched in the back of the head by a man who spewed an anti-Asian statement at her in East Harlem in an unprovoked attack Wednesday morning, cops said.

Two people in hoodies can be seen approaching Fung’s car while he was waiting during his driving shift. The suspects are heard telling Patrick to get out. When he does not, a shot is fired and the young men run off. Watch it took only seconds to end his life.
“I’m so scared,” Judy said in Mandarin. “I don’t dare go outside. I just think of him dying.”
Police call this attempted robbery.

Martial artist, Ro Malabanan, got out of the subway in New York on Broadway and Prince and saw a man sucker punch another man on the side of the face. He checked on the man and later heard from two others who accused the same suspect of punching people up and down the street. Malabanan said he chased the man down from about a block away.
“My Jujitsu instincts kicked in. I jumped on his back. He tried to swing me off of him. I dragged him down to the floor and pinned him to the ground. Others then approached accusing the same man of punching them. The police made an arrest.

Patrick Wayne Cater, 52, opened fire at Jo’s Nails & Spa. Cater had been working at the salon earlier during the day of the shooting. He left and came back with a semiautomatic pistol, Police Chief John Nowak. Cater shot the Vietnamese husband and wife dead. The police killed the shooter. There isn’t much information.

The woman was pulling a shopping cart behind her when a man, believed to be Evans, approached her and sliced her hand with a boxcutter on 42nd Street near Times Square before running off, police said.

Through an interpreter, Mrs. Ren said, “Yesterday was one of the first days for a long time she went out and this is what happened.” Four attackers brutally beat and kicked her in the head.
“They got really mad and pulled me down.”
Already on the ground, Mrs. Ren is kicked squarely in the face.
“They used their fist to hit my head multiple times and then they pulled me down and kept kicking me.”

This is not an attack, but I wanted to share this lack of care to Asian victims.
5 thieves went in through the roofs of 7 shops and stole from the Vietnamese owners at 4:30 am. Luckily no one was physically hurt. It was 2 hours to rob, 7 stores. The footage shows the robbers taking their time. The Chief of police says they didn’t get a call until later. Victims say otherwise and say it took 3 hours from them to show up. This is not the first time for these shop owners to robbed.

Cops said Chen, 19, was riding in an elevator with his three friends in the parking garage of a BJ’s Wholesale Club off Shore Parkway in Bensonhurst Thursday night when a teen gunman got on and announced the stickup.
“He was like: ‘give me all that sh—’ and he pulled out his gun,” said one of Chen’s friends who was in the elevator with him.
The friend, 15, said they handed over their stuff, which included a fanny pack and two backpacks, one of which belonged to Chen.
When the elevator doors opened again, Chen lunged at the gunman.
“It was the first floor,” said the friend, who did not want to be named. “There were lots of people there. He didn’t think he was going to shoot him.
“But he goes for his bag, and the guy shot him.”

The family of an 81-year-old woman found her burned body in what police believe was a home invasion robbery. Officers found Kim’s body lying on the ground and half of her body under her bed. She was semi-charred, unconscious, and not breathing. She was pronounced dead at the scene by LA City firefighters. The call came into police as “dead body possibly arson involved.” A murder investigation is underway.
