There in proximity of her for 30 seconds. “We told her we weren’t trying to bother her and that she could ask nicely for us to move. Anders Fung, a Millbrae City Councilman, was walking with his family when two young men threw a concrete block at him from at least 20 feet above, hitting him on the head in San Francisco’s Lands End Park on Saturday.
His teenage daughter tried to chase after the men to take photos before they allegedly flashed an obscene hand gesture and fled the scene.
Fung sustained a head injury with a 2-inch laceration and a cervical disc herniation in his neck. He is expected to make a full recovery.

This one happened just on Monday. In this case, the suspects, according to their daughter, pistol-whipped a woman in her 60s and held her husband against his will on another floor of the home.
The two individuals appear to be dressed as mail carriers, and pull out a long object to enter the home.

Investigators say a group of five young well-dressed male strangers surrounded the victim from Hunan Province, China, and then began punching him, pushing him to the ground and kicking him.
The same group of male strangers attacked another victim with South Asian heritage earlier that night only a few blocks away. Police arrested four people after the incident, including a 15-year-old juvenile.

The victim, who wanted to be identified only as “Leo,” said he was looking at his phone around 1:45 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Vermont Avenue when a man who had been seated on the bench near him got up and used his elbow to hit Leo in the face. He was unconscious.
Before the attack, Leo noticed that the man appeared to be anxious.

It appears that the perpetrator was walking north in the rear driveway from Hunting Park Avenue, walked up behind this 77-year-old male and shot him one time in the back of the head. He immediately collapsed and was pronounced dead on scene,” Philadelphia Police Chief Insp. Scott Small said.
“The smile on his face takes everything. You don’t see him ever in any situation, any altercation. He’s too old for that. He doesn’t speak no English. You killed a guy that does not speak no English at all. You get nothing from that,” neighbor Tony Broza said.
