Marlon Carr, 47, was arrested following an alleged incident with his 39-year-old Asian neighbor, law enforcement sources told the New York Post. Carr’s neighbor, whose name was not revealed, lived on the fifth floor of their building. He was about to step inside the elevator when he reportedly heard a loud sound and saw Carr, who yelled, “Chinaman, Wuhan b*tch. I’m glad it’s killing you.”

Investigators believe they have found the body of a Virginia woman, who was allegedly killed by her ex-boyfriend, in a wooded area of Piscataway Park in Maryland. Arrest warrants have been issued for Choi’s ex-boyfriend, 27-year-old Joel Mosso Merino for second-degree murder and felony disposal of a body. He has yet to be apprehended.

Police have arrested the suspect connected to a brutal attack that left a 37-year-old Asian mother and her two sons injured with multiple stab wounds on Sunday afternoon, March 6. The mother of two suffered multiple stab wounds and was brought to a local hospital, where she is currently listed in critical condition.

A 29-year-old subway rider was hit in the head with a hammer after he bumped into another person on the platform in a Chelsea subway station. The victim made what authorities described as incidental contact with the suspect on the number 2 subway line platform of the 14th street station just before 9:15 p.m. Tuesday. Words were exchanged, and the suspect struck the victim on the head with a hammer. The victim was conscious and alert after the attack and taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

William Yu was walking in Chinatown Wednesday afternoon when he was randomly attacked by a homeless man armed with a knife. He sustained several stab wounds to the neck and shoulder area. Authorities detained the suspect shortly after. Now, the man and his family are seeking justice.
William’s brother reflects on the incident by stating “It’s scary situation. People usually don’t want to get involved when something is going on like that but I just wish they did.”

On Thursday, the Filipina who is in her late 50s, walks with a cane, and suffers from poor eyesight, was shoved down the stairs by an unidentified man at the 179th Street Station of the subway’s F Train in the neighborhood of Jamaica in Queens.
On the same day, another Filipina in her mid-60s was pushed by an unidentified man at the Long Island Rail Road train platform, also in Jamaica, causing her to land on her face and break her eyeglasses in the process.

A 42-year-old Yonkers man has been arrested on attempted murder as a hate crime and other charges in the vicious caught-on-camera beating of a 67-year-old Asian woman who was attacked as she returned home last week, police said Monday.

The two suspects entered Ru Yi Grocery at 139 Division Street just before 5 p.m. on March 14 when one man approached the 59-year-old victim and told him he had a gun and demanded money, police said. An East Bay man is demanding answers after surveillance video captured someone in a van hitting his father and killing him. KTVU’s Amber Lee says the video of the Oakland crash proves the driver was deliberate. Oakland police were flagged down by the people in the van before the crash, but kept on moving. Police have not commented on this story.
